Capabilities, limits, and control
Understand what assistants and agents can do, what still needs human judgment, and how permissions, data handling, and approval affect safe use. Board members can focus on oversight and the questions to ask management.
What is included
- A short exchange before the meeting to agree on your priorities.
- A 50-minute private session with practical examples around one or two of your priorities.
- A brief written action plan with suggested next steps, if you want one.
- 14 days of email support after the session for brief questions and clarification about what we covered.
Continue when it is useful
You can arrange further sessions to review progress, explore another topic, or work through a new decision. Follow-up meetings are optional and priced separately by agreement. Email support does not include implementation, document reviews, or new consulting projects. The individual session does not start a subscription. For regular guidance, you can choose the monthly advisory option below.
A confidential space for your questions
You can ask questions at any level and discuss situations without naming your employer. Sessions are not recorded or transcribed by AI. I do not use your name, company, or session details in marketing without your explicit permission, or enter your confidential material into AI tools without prior agreement. A confidentiality agreement can be arranged before we meet.
Confidentiality is not complete anonymity. Email, meeting, and billing providers process information needed to deliver the service, and required accounting records are retained. Disclosure may be necessary where required by law. We agree on the meeting tools and any handling of sensitive material in advance.
